One core platform.
Five layers.
Four components.

Sense. Evaluate. Remember. Act. Assure.

SERAA is the layer between the systems that you already run and the agents that you want acting on them. Four components, each a product in its own right, and one governance plane across all of them. Nothing here requires a rip-and-replace, and nothing requires buying the whole thing at once.

Start with the problem that you have.

Each layer is a complete product on its own; one project, one budget, one result that you can point at. What makes them one platform is shared context, so that whatever you start with makes whatever you add next work better.

FOUNDATION

Cortex + Synapse

The operating system for your agents, and the memory that they carry between runs.

Start here if
agents are already reaching production and nothing tells you what they are doing, what they cost, or who approved them
What you get
one catalog, one policy engine, and one cost view across GKE, AKS, EKS, and Agent Engine, plus memory that survives the end of a session
What it adds
every governed agent leaves behind context that the next one inherits, so the estate gets cheaper to run as it grows

Axon

Unified data, a semantic model that your business recognizes, and answers on demand.

Start here if
the answer already exists somewhere in your data, but reaching it takes a ticket, a queue, and three weeks
What you get
questions asked in plain language and answered across joined data, with the reasoning and the sources shown alongside
What it adds
the semantic model becomes the ground truth that every agent reasons over

Pulze

The signal from meetings and the market that never reaches a system of record.

Start here if
commercial decisions are being made on what someone remembered to type into the CRM
What you get
a measurable result that a functional leader can put in front of a board this quarter, live within weeks instead of quarters
What it adds
the tribal and market signal it captures becomes context that the rest of the platform can reason over

Why one platform, not four tools?

Products do not need to share a runtime to be one platform. They need to share context, and that is the part that we do not compromise on. Whatever you buy first, what it learns, is available to whatever you add next: no migration, no re-implementation, no second contract. Start with one layer and you keep the option on the rest. Start with all four and none of the work is duplicated.

Governance is the architecture, not a module.

Scope-Based Access Control organizes every resource around three nested scopes that mirror how enterprises already operate. Assets flow up. Infrastructure flows down.

Governance is not a fifth product bolted on. It is the layer that all four run inside.

Assets flow upward

Agents, knowledge bases, tools

  1. Built in a Project: Visible to that project, its parent organization, and system admins.
  2. Built at Organization level: Visible to the organization and system, not down into projects.
  3. Built at System level: Visible only at the system level.
Infrastructure flows downward

Models, environments, providers

  1. System publishes the full approved catalog of models, environments, and providers.
  2. Each organization receives a curated subset, shaped within the system's guardrails.
  3. Each project receives a further subset; it can never reach beyond what its parent granted.

Each component pays for itself. Together they compound.

This is the claim that most platforms make and few can substantiate. Here is the specific mechanism, component by component.

04 · Act

Cortex is where it all executes

Agents built in the Work Bench read the same memory, reason through the same layer, and run under the same policy, which is the difference between an agent estate and a collection of pilots.

Every agent orchestrates tools, retrieves verified knowledge from Synapse, and executes governed real-world actions with end-to-end tracing and predictable token costs across enterprise workloads.

01 · Sense

Pulze feeds Synapse

Signal captured from meetings and market feeds does not stay in a sales tool. It lands in memory as a candidate, goes through review, and becomes knowledge that the rest of the estate can use.

02 · Evaluate

Axon grounds everything above it

Golden Records are the trusted version of the truth that agents reason over. Without mastering, every downstream answer inherits the data quality of whichever system it happened to hit.

03 · Remember

Synapse stops agents starting cold

Every agent that writes context in improves performance for every agent that follows. This is the one component that behaves like a platform business rather than a tools business.

SERAA platform architecture. Four components — Pulze (Sense), Axon (Evaluate), Synapse (Remember) and Cortex (Act), sit over a shared context interface, with Scope-Based Access Control spanning all four across System, Organization and Project scopes. Together they produce decision intelligence, governed action, compounding knowledge, audit evidence and answers within seconds. Below, Pulze senses unstructured signal from meetings, calls, field notes, market feeds, social and news, while Axon connects two-way to systems of record, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow, Workday, and to data platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, data lakes, documents and IoT streams. Beneath both, Cortex runs agents on GKE, AKS, EKS, Cloud Run, Agent Engine or Azure Foundry, against Vertex, Bedrock, Anthropic, OpenAI, Llama, Qwen or a local GPU, in managed cloud, sovereign VPC or an air-gapped enclave.
The mechanism, drawn. Each component stands alone commercially, but they meet at a shared context interface rather than at a shared runtime, which is why adding the second one makes the first better instead of merely sitting beside it. Assure is the band across all four: Scope-Based Access Control is a property of the platform, not a module that you buy. Underneath, the three substrate tiers are what portability actually means: signal flows in without a system of record, systems of record connect two-way with no migration, and agents run on whichever cloud, model, and perimeter that you already committed to.

The same platform, three perimeters.

Regulated buyers should not have to choose between capability and custody. SERAA ships as software that you run.

01

Managed cloud

Fastest to value, operated by us. GKE, AKS or EKS in the region you choose, frontier models via Vertex AI, Bedrock or Azure AI Foundry.

Available
02

Sovereign VPC

Single-tenant inside your perimeter. Dedicated per-customer VPC, your cloud account, your keys, your network policy. No shared control plane.

Available
03

Air-gapped enclave

Open-weight models on your own GPUs, local vector store, mirrored registries inside the enclave. Every dependency pre-staged; updates by signed media.

Where we are honest

Tiers 01 and 02 are running with customers today. Tier 03 is an engineering program. Air-gapped means every dependency is pre-staged inside the enclave, and we will not call it shipped until it is. Ask us what is built and what is not; we will show you the same table that we use internally.

Portable by construction.

Every model call goes through one provider-agnostic interface. Swap a frontier API for an open-weight model on your own hardware from configuration, the agents, policies, and audit trail do not change.
