Under his stewardship, Cigniti soared to over $250 million in revenues, attained a market capitalization of $500 million and grew to a global workforce of over 5,000 professionals, serving Fortune 500 clients across North America, Europe, and Asia. Subramanyam was named Corporate Leader of the Year at the 15th Indo-American Corporate Excellence (I-ACE) Awards. His work has been recognized by multiple institutions for advancing innovation, fostering cross-border collaboration, and building world-class organizations.

Srikanth Chakkilam is a visionary entrepreneur and strategic leader, known for building high-growth, innovation-driven technology companies. As CEO, and Executive Director of Covasant, he leads the company’s strategy and growth, focused on building Covasant into a global pioneer in Agentic AI services. His mission is to enable enterprises to scale intelligently through autonomous, adaptive systems powered by cutting-edge AI.

His contributions have earned him several industry recognitions, including the prestigious Forbes Leadership Award, Young Entrepreneur of the Year by Silicon India, Outstanding Business Leader Award from the World Quality Congress, and he was also a nominee for EY Entrepreneur of the Year in the U.S. Southwest Region. Srikanth is also an active angel investor and limited partner in global venture capital funds, backing bold entrepreneurs in AI, digital health, climate tech, and SaaS. Guided by a strong belief in long-term value creation and people-first leadership, he is committed to building institutions that inspire, scale, and endure.

Anil Kona is the COO & Executive Director at Covasant, overseeing scalable solutions in compliance, cybersecurity, legal tech, and digital transformation. As a serial entrepreneur and technology leader, Anil brings a unique combination of experience from law enforcement, consulting, and enterprise product development innovation.

He began his professional journey as a Sub-Inspector of Police, serving over 11 years in the Special Intelligence Branch (SIB), where he investigated organized crime and developed a strong foundation in risk and investigative thinking. Anil brings a cross-disciplinary approach to solving complex business challenges through technology. During his tenure at Deloitte and EY, he led high-impact teams across forensic analytics, fraud investigations, and regulatory compliance, helping global clients navigate risk with advanced data solutions. Over the decades, he has successfully led multiple ventures delivering enterprise products and services to global clients, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity and legal tech.

Anil is valued for his deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate vision into scalable solutions that meet enterprise needs.

As Chief Business Officer & Executive Director at Covasant, Kishore focuses on strengthening operations, driving financial excellence, and streamlining processes for sustainable growth. With a rich blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, he plays a key role in building Covasant’s foundation for scale.

Kishore brings with him a rich blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. He spent over 15 years at Bank of America, where he was part of the Marketing Communications team, contributing to strategic initiatives and managing large-scale IT infrastructure programs across global teams.

Following his corporate career, Kishore successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and scaling multiple IT firms, which he eventually exited. This journey equipped him with hands-on experience in building businesses from the ground up — including talent acquisition, client delivery, operational rigor, and financial discipline.

Kishore's ability to bridge strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution makes him a tremendous asset as we continue to scale our organization.

Hari Natarajan is a prominent figure in the Global Technology, Entertainment, Media & Communications industry, recognized for his deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), business and product strategy, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Robotics Cloud Solutions.

With a distinguished career spanning leadership roles in high-impact organizations, Hari has served as Chief Alliance Officer at Tredence, Executive Vice President and Business Head – Strategic Global Alliances at L&T Technology Services, and Chief Marketing Officer at Pixstone Images, among others.

His areas of expertise include product incubation and management, product marketing, brand building, global trademark and intellectual property strategy, technology venture capital funding, M&A, and partner strategy through strategic alliances.

Hari also brings valuable experience in global enterprise solution selling, strategic sourcing, and innovation life-cycle management, positioning him as a well-rounded leader with a comprehensive understanding of global markets and emerging technologies.

He holds a distinguished academic background, having studied at the MIT Sloan School of Management and pursued Physics at the University of Cambridge.
