• This Booth Giveaway is organized by Covasant Data Sciences Inc., located at:
  3211 Internet Blvd, Suite #235, Frisco, TX 75034, USA ("Sponsor").
• This promotion is conducted solely by the Sponsor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Google Cloud, Alphabet Inc., or the organizers of Google Cloud Next '26.

Promotion Period

• Entries will be accepted from the start of exhibit hours on April 22, 2026, through April 23, 2026, at 3:59 PM local time (Las Vegas, Nevada).
• The winner will be announced on April 23, 2026, at approximately 4:00 PM at the Sponsor's booth.

Eligibility

• The Sweepstakes is open to registered attendees of Google Cloud Next '26 who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are physically present at the event in Las Vegas, Nevada.
• Employees of Sponsor, Alphabet Inc., event organizers, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

No Purchase or Obligation Necessary

• No purchase, payment, or sales interaction is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or participation in any sales activity will not increase the chances of winning.

How to Enter

• Primary Method of Entry: Visit the Sponsor's booth during exhibit hours and voluntarily scan the official QR code to access the entry form. Submit your full name, designation, business email address, and any other requested business contact information. Each complete submission constitutes one (1) entry.
• Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Send an email to PartnerOps@covasant.com with the subject line "Covasant Data Sciences Inc. - GCP Next Giveaway Entry" and include your full name and designation. The email must be received by April 23, 2026 at 3:59 PM Las Vegas time.
• Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry.
• Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries will be disqualified.
• Entry is completely voluntary and does not require attending a demo, meeting, or engaging in any sales activity.

Winner Selection & Odds

• On or about April 23, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by a randomized selection process (using a verifiable random-name-generator application or software) from among all eligible entries received.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.
• The winner will be announced at the Sponsor's booth on April 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
• Participants are welcome to be present at the booth during the announcement; however, presence is not required to win and will not increase the chances of winning.

Prize

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly described herein, including but not limited to taxes, shipping, insurance, and any applicable fees.

Winner Notification & Verification

• The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided in the entry within approximately 24–48 hours of the drawing.
• To claim the prize, the winner must respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor (not to exceed 48 hours) and provide: a government-issued photo ID, a signed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law), and any other required documentation (such as a W-9 for U.S. tax reporting purposes).
• Failure to respond timely, provide required verification, or comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Fulfilment

• The prize will be shipped to the confirmed winner's address after all verification is complete.
• Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during shipping.
• If the prize cannot be delivered, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Taxes

• The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and foreign taxes, reporting obligations, and any other costs or liabilities associated with prize receipt and use.

Publicity

• Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's irrevocable consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, voice, photograph, statements, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes worldwide in any media, without additional compensation.

Data Privacy & Consent

• By entering, you voluntarily provide your personal and business information and expressly consent to its collection, use, and processing by Sponsor for administering this Sweepstakes, contacting you regarding the promotion and winner notification, legitimate business follow-up (lead generation), and sending communications about Sponsor's products and services.
• Marketing Communications — Sponsor may use the provided contact information to send marketing messages. Consent to receive such communications is not required to enter or win.
• You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting Sponsor directly. Opting out will not affect your entry or chances of winning.
• Data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, CCPA/CPRA, Texas data protection requirements, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. Sponsor will not sell your data and will not share it with Google, Alphabet Inc., or event organizers except as necessary for prize fulfilment or as required by law.

Event Policy Compliance

• All giveaway activities will be conducted within the Sponsor's assigned booth space and in compliance with event rules and venue policies.

General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Booth Giveaway if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, event policy requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
• This Sweepstakes complies with all applicable Google Cloud Next '26 booth and venue policies and is conducted solely within the Sponsor's assigned booth space.
• These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Sponsor and participants. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters.

Limitation of Liability

• By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, Google, Alphabet Inc., event organizers, and venue operators from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, human error, lost/delayed entries, or any events beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law

• This Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Acceptance of Terms

• By entering, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of this Booth Giveaway. No purchase is necessary, and consent to marketing communications is not required to participate.
• By submitting your information, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy and agree that your data may be used to administer the Booth Giveaway and send communications about our products and services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
